Description fd 2009-05-20 15:47:26 UTC
Most HTTP_RESPONSE-xx errors messages are unclear for non-geeks and/or seem not to be grounded on any rationale, e.g.:

HTTP_RESPONSE-11:
HTTP status code 4xx other than 404 (Not Found) or 401 (Unauthorized) received

The status code received should rather appear (that may not be possible in the title as different status codes may be agglomerated under the same failure heading) and at the very least be explained to non-geeks.

Note that the need for clarification applies to the title of the failure message as well: "other than" is easily missed, and users understand "HTTP status code 404 received", in particular because that's a usual error message when browsing the Web.
