Hi,

The Reserved Function Names list (http://www.w3.org/TR/xquery/#id-reserved-fn-names) must also contain the "while" non-delimiting terminal symbols.

Thank you for your bug report. The XQuery WG discussed this on 2009/05/12 and
resolved to fix this problem in the way you suggest. If you agree with this solution, please close this bug report.

I would have a difficult situation if I wouldn't agree with me. :)
