In the SOAP 1.2 example in Section 3.2 it lists an [Action] property but there is no description of this property in the text above this example. Neither is there any mention of the [Action] property in the SOAP 1.1 example.

I believe that this issue can now be closed w/no action.
Based on previously resolved issues the problem no longer appears.
