In table 11, uses QName dialect with multiple children and replaces it with multiple things. Would like more formality in describing what exactly is happening.
If there are 2 nodes present currently, and I update, do I end up with 6 or 3 nodes?  The example says 3 nodes, but it is unclear how expression is used if it matches more than one node.  Can I perform Modify, for example, on each of the nodes returned in expression?
