Description nnissar 2004-04-08 10:40:39 UTC
Validation errors occur upon running textiselementcontentwhitespace05/06. The
DOMConfiguration 'schema-type' parameter is optional. If this parameter is not
set, a default value may be provided by the implementation, based on the schema
languages supported. The default schema-type for Xerces is W3C XML Schema.
Infact Xerces does not support pre-parsing DTD grammars and setting schema-
source to DTDs. So in these test cases an attempt is made to validate against
W3C XML Schema grammars that are not set and so the validation errors. The
tests need to be modified and the simplest change would be to use a document
with an associated XML Schema for these tests.
