This is an archived snapshot of W3C's public bugzilla bug tracker, decommissioned in April 2019. Please see the home page for more details.
In section D.2.1 there is a list of leap-seconds that purports to be complete "as of the time this specification was published". It now needs to include 2008-12-31.
Alternatively, delete the list of leap seconds. It's gratuitous. Just leave a reference to where the list can be found.
RESOLUTION: Instruct the editors to remove the list of leap seconds from D.2.1
The WG approved the fix in http://www.w3.org/XML/Group/2004/06/xmlschema-2/datatypes.dp090225.html . The amendment has been incorporated in the XML master, and is awaiting republishing of a status quo document.
(In reply to comment #3) > The amendment has been incorporated in the XML master, and is awaiting republishing > of a status quo document. Sorry, cut-and-paste error. There was no amendment; the fix was approved as presented, and will be included in the next status quo document.
The change mentioned in comment 3 has now been integrated into the status-quo document, so I'm marking this issue RESOLVED / FIXED. DaveP, as the originator, please signal your assent or dissent in the time-honored way. If we don't hear from you by this Friday, we'll assume you are happy.
