http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG11/painting.html#StrokeDasharrayProperty indicates that stroke-dasharray must contain commas to separate the values. 

The testsuite does not contain commas between the values.

Even if the plan is to loosen the strictness of the syntax, there's no reason not to have the testsuite conform to the current strict syntax.

We will likely publish the SVG 1.1 Second Edition (incorporating the forthcoming erratum for this issue to relax the syntax) before another release of the test suite is made.  But for now, I have modified the two tests (struct-group-03-t and animate-elem-35-t) in CVS:
