Due to recent changes in barfoo_utf16.xml and barfoo_utf8.xml, 
nodeisequalnode03 will now return that the two documents are unequal rather 
than equal as had been desired.  Known that test returns documents being equal 
for barfoo_utf16.xml (-r1.2) and barfoo_ut8.xml (-r1.1)

Confirm. Adding the missing declarations for script to the UTF-16 version and
fixing the loadComplete[d] typo seems harmless.

The .xhtml files are different in the same way too. Meanwhile the line breaks
are different between the two .svg files.
