Description Vivien Lacourba 2009-01-23 13:52:57 UTC
Hello,

I think Amaya should set some default language preferences during its installation similar to what is being done for the localisation of the UI (which I guess is based on the default locale used by the Operating System).

If I go to:
Edit -> Preferences -> Browsing -> "List of preferred languages"
I see that this option is empty.

With this option being empty by default I am getting a multiple choice answer.
Here is an example: http://edit.w3.org/2008/12/wcag20-pressrelease (Laurent as access to this URI):
[[
wcag20-pressrelease.html.en Q= 0.1
wcag20-pressrelease.html.fr Q= 0.1
wcag20-pressrelease.html.de Q= 0.1
]]

FYI I am running Ubuntu 8.10 with a locale set to en_GB.

Thanks,
Vivien
