Amaya allows you to display and edit HTML documents as well as some XML document types: XHTML, MathML (mathematical expressions) and SVG (gaphics).

"gaphics" should be "graphics" instead. 

Its sentence could be punctuated better:
Amaya allows you to display and edit HTML documents, as well as some XML document types: XHTML, MathML (mathematical expressions), and SVG (graphics). [Added two commas, one of which is an Oxford serial comma.]
