The XQuery solution to sliding window use case Q6 (section 3.15.6) doesn't seem to match the problem. Where does the condition

$s_curr/@time + 3


come from?

In the last publication I fixed the description of the use case to: Detect outliers (current value is two times higher (lower) than the average of the previous three values) in a sequence of temp values
