Adds a comment on "document end in prolog" errors.

When the validator gets an empty document, the error message will be:
> Line 1, Column 0: end of document in prolog.
which is a little obscure.

Since I assume that a non-empty document can actually end in the prolog, I suggest adding the following hint:
> This error is often caused by an empty document.
without changing the error message itself.

error explanation was added a little while ago. Forgot to close this bug.
