Import dependency on rules
When you have a composed choreography that depends on another externally 
defined and 'global' choreography, dependencies and rule ordering or 
preference may apply. Need to account for this. In addition, you may not 
be able to assume that taking the later (override) of variable 
references applies as they may be tied to rules and/or preferences.
