Test cases K2-NameTest-21, K2-NameTest-22, and K2-NameTest-23 all contain PITests with string literals that are not valid NCNames. The expected results for all of these tests are true and err:XPST0005.

Considering the resolution of Bug #5351, I believe that these tests should accept only err:XPTY0004. 

If you agree with this change, then please mark these test cases as reflecting Bug #5351 in the catalog.
