Hello,

this is a comment on behalf of the i18n core Working Group.
Please update the reference to http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/WD-charmod-20040225, so that it refers to the Recommendation of the Character Model, and delete the reference to IETF INTERNET-DRAFT: IRIs.

The wording proposal mentioned in comment #3 was adopted by the XML Schema
WG during its telcon of 19 December 2008.  Accordingly, I'm marking the issue 
RESOLVED.  And in view of Felix Sasaki's remark in comment #4, I'll also
close the issue on his behalf.
