This refresh should support the autorun and test submission features of JSUnit 
2.0 and attempt the broadest coverage of potential implementations.

Initial changes on ECMAScript framework

These changes seem to work okay for Mozilla and IE.  Will test other browsers
platforms shortly, DOM 3 LS is intended to be the recommendation LS, but is
unfinished and untested.  Expect additional refinements as more implementations
are tested.
