It is worth having messages of the checker in different languages (aka spaninsh traslation, another traslations are welcomed)

One short note "en passant": the localization of the messages.properties.xml file is pretty straightforward, but some libraries used internally return messages in English only, e.g. the HTML tag soup parser and the Jhove library.
