3.4.4.4 talks about attribution of both elements and attributes.

During its 2009-03-20 telecon, the schema WG adopted a proposal to address this issue.

The changes is to change the title to just "Attribution".

With this change, the WG believes that the issue raised in this bug report is fully addressed. I'm marking this RESOLVED accordingly. As the reporter of this bug, I will also close it shortly.
