Description Don Chamberlin 2008-06-12 23:03:43 UTC
The resolution of Bug 5646 specified that the fn:put function would be made effective by a new update primitive, upd:put, which would be applied after all other update primitives on the pending update list. However, the working group did not specify whether upd:put primitives are applied before or after the revalidation operation that is invoked by upd:applyUpdates.

On 24 June 2008 the working group considered this issue and decided that fn:put should be made effective after revalidation of the XDM instance at the end of a snapshot.
