The validator is treating all pages with 1 error - No Doctype found.  This same page was just valid a day ago and now everything I put through the validator is coming up with that same message even though the DOCTYPE is there and all other head information is correct.

Can you give the address of the page you are validating, please? 
The bug report is useless without it.

I'm getting this error as well on all of my site validations. Tried a few rrandom sites and got the same result even when a doctype is specified. For example: news.bbc.co.uk.

About 6 are loose.dtd, the rest are strict.

I don't see a "no doctype found" issue here.

This page validates fine. no error, no warning.
