The xml/xsd examples in both specs use very inconsistent indentation. It varies among 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, etc. Need to use consistent indentation to make the examples easier to read.

Fixed indentation in all examples in both specs. This revealed that some tags were not correctly closed. Added the missing tags where necessary.
