When I execute fn-doc-26 and try to parse HighUnicode2.xml, I receive the following error: [Fatal Error] :2:1: The markup declarations contained or pointed to by the document type declaration must be well-formed. I'm not used to dealing with UTF-16 documents, and so I'm not able to localize the problem.
libxml2, Saxon, Firefox and Patternist accepts this on my Linux machine, but Patternist & Firefox rejects it on Windows. My guess is that CVS fails to preserve the file, so I checked it in as a binary. However, the anonymous mirror has not yet catched up, so it isn't tested on Windows yet.
I'm running Windows XP, and the test now passes. Thanks.
