The decision during the 12/06 SML teleconference is to move any reference to the EPR scheme into a w3c note

The reason for that is that Kirk's proposal is still not agreed upon by all of the wg members and the discussion can delay the LC

Kirk's proposal should be used to create the note

Since this bugzilla is closed will an action item be opened to keep track of the need to create the note ?
