7.4.1 fn:concat

"The fn:concat function is specified to allow an two or more arguments..."
    Delete "an".
(Used to be "an arbitrary number of arguments", back in 20041029 WD.)

I have drafted Erratum E19 to fix this, and am marking the bug fixed and closed.
