Description Igor Solodovnikov 2007-08-16 15:16:12 UTC
When i try to validate my HTML page with automatic encoding detection validator claims that encoding cannot be detected. But my page has clear written META Content-Type tag. So i think there is a bug in validator preventing it to detect encoding of my HTML page.
