Description John Arwe 2007-06-27 12:29:59 UTC
(from Submission copy of spec, Appendix C issue 3)

Do rule bindings need a name or identifier to enable management by consumers like repositories? Should they be moved to the SML specification?

A limited amount of discussion occurred prior to submission that might be used to seed this.

No change is necessary because xml:id or any other prefixed attribute name is allowed.
