3.3.1 Case Option

[1]
list
'Using the option "..." tokens and phrases ...'
    Insert comma before "tokens".

[2]
"The following table summarizes the interactions between the case match
options and the use of the default collation."
I think you need a preceding intro sentence, something like:
Matching is also affected by the query's default collation (see
section 2.1.1 and 4.4 in XQuery spec).

[3]
Case Matrix
    [3a]
This table is somewhat confusing. It would help to use <th> elements
    (assuming they are rendered distinctively).

    [3b]
    Also, the upper-left cell
        "Default collation options/Case options"
    should I think be
"case option \ default collation option "
(See "S\T" in the F+O spec.)
Or, more clearly, "case option" could be put in a rowspan=4 cell to
the left of the case options, and "default collation option" could be
put in a colspan=3 cell above the collation choices.

    [3c]
Also, you need to explain what "lowercase(Expr) + UCC" (etc) means.

All done, as decided in FTTF-156:
