Description Greg Ritzinger 2004-01-20 15:22:39 UTC
In model overview section 3.4.1.2, A Concrete Channel Type is defined to be
the same as Portable Channel Type. It seems to me that it should be different
and reflect the different type of information available at the Concrete level.

does not apply in the cdl spec (03 apr 2004), so will depend on what happens
to model overview.
