In section 5.1.3 of the spec, the first sentence now reads When a report/assert fires, then all smlerr:output elements that list the ID of this report/assert are evaluated. I think this has the relation of smlerror:output elements and sch:assert or sch:report elements backwards, and that it ought to read When a report/assert fires, then all smlerr:output elements whose ID is listed in the smlerr:outputids attribute on that report or assert element are evaluated. (I'm not sure 'evaluated' is the right word here, but that's an editorial issue, not a typo.)
