Description C. M. Sperberg-McQueen 2007-06-12 00:37:13 UTC
The introductions to the specs bear historical traces of their origin in
IT systems management. They should be recast to make clearer that as
currently specified, SML is a general, domain-neutral validation tool,
layered on XML Schema 1.0, and is not tied uniquely to IT management.
The existing examples of uses are helpful, and should probably be
augmented with others from other domains.

Made changes to SML-IF spec previously omitted.
