When the test files were switched from non-HTML compatible staffNS.xml to 
hc_staff.xml, text nodes between elements were no longer element content 
whitespace and started to appear in textContent.  The expectation in 
nodegettextcontent14 will be changed and a new test will be added to check 
elimination of element content whitespace.
