The following tests have 

    declare default order empty greatest;

in the XQuery version of the test, but

    <xqx:emptyOrderingDecl>empty least</xqx:emptyOrderingDecl>

in the XQueryX version.

This bug in our XQueryX generation has been fixed. All of the test cases that you have listed now have the correct value for the xqx:emptyOrderingDecl element.
