These queries both fail static type checking because the constructor xs:decimal($b/price) is passed an argument typed as a zero-or-more sequence.

Thanks for the message.  These tests are already fixed on our development section,  You may not be able to see them until a new version is released.  I am sure the same is true for some of teh other tests.
