Description Michael Kay 2007-01-01 12:11:30 UTC
Microsoft regular expression test:

   <test group="reZ001" name="reZ001.v"/>

The metadata describes the instance document as valid. However, the pattern starts with the character "^". This character has no special significance in XML Schema regular expressions; it therefore matches itself. As the instance value does not start with "^", it cannot match the regular expression. The instance is therefore invalid.
