Tests RegexTest_25, RegexTest_26, and RegexTest_27 in TestSet MS-Regex2006-07-15 contain patterns beginning with "{".

These patterns are invalid but the tests are described as valid.

The actual tests are 24, 25 and 26, not 25, 26 and 27.

Agreed that these regexes are invalid, therefore the schema is invalid, and in each case the instance test drops out.
