Title: Lifecycle of Assertions? Description: Section 5.9 'Lifecycle of Assertions' [1] in the Guidelines document claims to cover three topics: a) Assertion extensibility, b) Policy language extensibility and c) Subject attachment extensibility. Topic b) is covered by the Primer in Section 4.4.8 [2] 'Versioning Policy Language'. At the Sonic F2F, for issue 3792 [3], the WG decided to retain 'Versioning Policy Language' topic in the Primer. So, this is a content overlap between the Primer and the Guidelines document. It is not clear what 'Subject attachment extensibility' (Topic c)) means. There isn't any text in Section 5.9 on this topic. At a high level, it appears that Section 5.9 is about versioning policy assertions. Justification: The title for Section 5.9 is misleading. In Section 5.9, there is some content overlap between the Primer and the Guidelines document. Proposal: There are two parts: 1. s/Lifecycle of Assertions/Versioning Policy Assertions/g 2. Drop any references to 'Policy Language Extensibility' and 'Subject attachment Extensibility'.
