In the semantics section "Formal Semantics Functions" is this paragraph:

            <p>The <function>getTokenInfo</function> function is
            described in <loc href="#TokenizationSec">Section 4.1
			Tokenization</loc>.</p>

While tokenization is important for understanding which tokeninfos you end
up with, there is no more getTokenInfo (we call matchTokenInfos now) in the
formal semantics functions.  

Proposal: Strike the paragraph.

Fixed. Paragraph eliminated in 4.2.4 Formal Semantics Functions.
