Did somebody change the API for the HTTP header responses? Whereas
previously an integer was returned, e.g. "6", it now appears that it
returns such as "6 errors". Why was it changed? Don't provide stable-
looking interfaces and then change them arbitrarily down the line!

Fix the templates, add mention of X-W3C-Validator-* HTTP headers in API documentation.

now fixed in CVS codebase
