On behalf of Peter Farland I'm opening this bug.  Peter wrote to the editors:

Clearly a cut-and-paste oops!  We will remove the offending

     '-' monthFrag

from the production.

The repair for this bug has been integrated into the member-visible
status quo document, so I'm changing the status of the bug to resolved.
