The 2003-11-07 Load and Save CR changed the names of several interfaces, for
example, DOMInputStream to LSInputStream requiring corresponding changes to the
test definitions and transforms.

The build file was missing tasks to build dom3-val.jar

Miscellaneous other schema validation and compilation fixes.

Curt, re: http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-dom-ts/2003Nov/0001.html, did
you check everything in? I did an update just before trying to validate so I
think I am current with the tree.
