Description: Today, drafts do not define a mechanism for associating policy expressions with Web service constructs in WSDL 2.0.

Justification: The Web Services Policy Working Group is chartered to standardize a mechanism for associating policy expressions with Web service constructs in WSDL 2.0 [1].
