Current CVS version of these tests have incorrect results:

NamespaceURIFromQNameFunc002
NamespaceURIFromQNameFunc003

NamespaceURIFromQNameFunc019
NamespaceURIFromQNameFunc020

The source data file uses the namespace URI "http://www.example.com/urn", but the expected results say "urn".

Note also, the catalog description of the test group is incorrect:

</GroupInfo>

For xs:NCName read xs:string.

Expected result of the tests changed to http://www.example.com/urn

The description of the test group in the catalog is fixed to be xs:string.
