Issue #19 of i18nCore comments: http://www.w3.org/International/reviews/0606-its/ "identifying terminology information at selected nodes is realized with a termRule element with a mandatory selector attribute. In addition, an optional termInfoRef attribute can be used to refer to external information about the term. " We think this should say: "terms are identified by a termRule element, which has a mandatory selector attribute. An optional termInfoRef attribute can be used to refer to external information about the term." Note the clarification of 'terminology information' -> 'terms', since otherwise termRule and termInfoRef seem to be pointers to the same thing.
