Since combined-errors-3 contains an 'import schema' declaration, an implementation may also report an error on that one -- XQST0009.

I suggest adding XQST0009 as additional baseline and/or write a test that only contains a validate expressions with a XQST0075 baseline and another one for if the validate expression is executed(probably somekind of error).
