validateexpr-24 contains 

  declare namespace lu = 'http://www.w3.org/XQueryTest/ListUnionTypes' ;

but then it tries to load the schema

  import schema "http://www.w3.org/ListUnionTypes";

that is not defined in the catalog; the correct namespace is http://www.w3.org/XQueryTest/ListUnionTypes

This problem has been fixed in the way that you've suggested.

Please verify this fix and close the bug if you agree with this resoution.
