The result of fn:codepoint-equal("aa",fn:upper-case("aa")) is clearly false, but the expected results say true.

Similarly fn-codepoint-equal-17: the result of fn:codepoint-equal("aa","aa") and fn:false() is obviously false.

Michael:

A identical bug was submitted between the last realease and yours.  The proble already been fixed. The bug number is 3132.  This is fixed, though you may not see the new results until the next release.
