See the problem outlined in thread "Inspect/implementation defined order fn-trace-* on the public-xqts-comments mailing list:

Essentially, as I see it all fn-trace-* tests that are marked as Inspect shouldn't be Inspect but Text/XML.

I do think the tests are wrong, but I am a bit unsure whether an editorial clarification is needed in F&O's section on the Trace function.

After consultation with the task force, we decided that your position is correct.  The test entries were changed to "Fragment".  Please close the
bug if in agreement.
