These queries are defined to have an (unused) $input-context variable bound to the "userdefined" source; but the only entry with that name in the catalog is a "schema", not a "source".

The "emptydoc" source should be used instead

Thanks.  The same applies to qname-cast-2, qname-cast-3 and notation-cast-2.
I changed the catalog file to use emptydoc.  Please close the bug if in agreement and when able to verify.
