Description Fernando Rey 2006-04-09 00:12:29 UTC
The CSS validator stops at <meta> tag with the following error message:
--
Error
Target: http://www.fernandorey.net/index.asp
Please, validate your XML document first!
Line 7
Column 85
Element type "meta" must be followed by either attribute specifications, ">" or "/>".
--

I had previously validated my XHTML and it passed validation. I am aware of the space after last character before / and it is coded like that. (i.e. <meta .....(space)/>. I am linked to the checker and everything works as it should on the XHTML side.

I have also validated the CSS by uploading my file and it also validates like this, previous warning of using the proper XHTML structure (which I know is good as per above).

I would like to finish this issue by linking the CSS ok logo, but stopped by above issue.

Any light on this would be greatly appreciated.

E.g. src="index_IframeContent.asp"align="top"frameborder="0"scrolling="yes" is not allowed in XML, you have to put spaces between the " and the next attribute specification.

OK. A few spaces added throughout the document and all is good.
Thanks for taking the time to answer this. All the best.
