Description Mukul Gandhi 2018-06-01 10:18:36 UTC
In the section "3.9 Particles", the paragraph at top mentions following, "When an element is validated against a complex type, its sequence of child elements is checked against the content model of the complex type and the children are ·attributed to· *to* Particles of the content model."

There seems to be an extra "to" mentioned at the place that I've highlighted above.

This perhaps needs to be corrected via an errata.

I'm afraid the process costs of issuing an erratum at this stage of the game would only be justified if there was a genuine risk that the error caused an interoperability problem, which is clearly not the case here.

I'm not asking to publish my suggestion in this thread as errata immediately (that will be too granular an update I think).

I request, that please approve this as a valid point to be put into errata (despite its very minor; I believe many people appreciate correctness up to this level as well), and include it in errata whenever it is published in future.
